Order Cancellation

We understand that plans can change, and orders may need to be canceled. Here’s what you need to know:

If you wish to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@gohapo.kids or call +91 8485867466. Cancellations are only allowed before the order has been shipped. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. Upon successful cancellation, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns only for damaged or defective products. Please read the following guidelines carefully.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be reported as damaged or defective within 48 hours of delivery.
  • A 360° unboxing video of the package must be provided as proof.
  • The item must be in its original packaging and condition as received.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Products

Include your order details, a description of the issue, and the required unboxing video as proof. After verification, we will offer a replacement or initiate a refund based on the situation.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at hello@gohapo.kids or call +91 8485867466 to initiate a return. Our team will provide a return authorisation and instructions.

       2. Securely package the item in its original packaging.

       3. You will be responsible for sending the return to our provided address. Upon acceptance of your return request, we will share the delivery address with you. Please ensure the items are securely packed and shipped via courier.

       4. Once received, the returned item will undergo inspection. Refunds or replacements will be processed based on the inspection results.

Refund Processing

Refunds for damaged or defective products will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer. If you do not see the refund after 15 business days, please contact us.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a replacement for a defective or damaged product, follow the return process outlined above.

Exceptions

Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items. Non-damaged items, sale items, gift cards, and custom products are not eligible for returns or refunds. If you are unsure about the return eligibility of your product, contact us for clarification.
