  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days(excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. During high-demand periods, processing times may extend.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order. Once your order is processed and shipped, a tracking number will be provided.

Shipping Options

We currently offer shipping only within India:

Lost or Stolen Packages

GoHapo.Kids is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. However, our team is happy to assist you in resolving the issue to the best of our ability.

Changes to Shipping Information
